Approval decisions are made by Google
Final approval and rejection decisions for AdSense are made by Google, using systems and criteria that are not fully public. A high score here does not guarantee approval. A low score does not guarantee rejection. The audit is best used as a structured way to fix obvious problems before you submit, not as a substitute for the actual application review.
Results are a snapshot
The audit reflects the state of your site at the moment the audit ran. If you change your site afterwards, the result becomes stale. Re-run the audit after meaningful changes.
