Terms of Service
Plain-language terms covering what the audit is, what it isn't, and how to use the site fairly.
Last updated: 6 May 2026
By using AdSense Approval Checker (the “Service”), you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, please stop using the Service. We’ve kept these short and tried to make them readable.
1. The audit is informational, not a guarantee
The audit runs a fixed set of automated checks against a publicly reachable URL and returns a score and recommendations. It is educational and advisory. A high score does not guarantee that Google will approve your AdSense application, and a low score does not guarantee rejection. AdSense decisions are made by Google’s own systems and reviewers, who consider factors we cannot test from outside, such as content originality, niche policy fit, and traffic source.
2. We are not Google
AdSense Approval Checker is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Google LLC. “AdSense” and related marks are property of Google. We use the term descriptively, the way one might say “a checker for Stripe webhooks” — to describe what the tool helps with.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit URLs you do not own, do not have permission to audit, or that point to private intranet resources, login walls, or systems where unsolicited automated requests are unwelcome.
- Send abusively high-volume traffic to the Service, attempt to bypass rate limiting, or use the audit endpoint as a generic web-scraping proxy.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or republish substantial parts of this site without permission.
- Use the Service to facilitate any unlawful activity.
4. Availability
We run the Service on best-effort infrastructure. We try to keep it up and fast, but we don’t commit to any uptime SLA. We may rate-limit, temporarily block, or permanently block IPs that abuse the audit endpoint. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
5. Third-party content
The audit fetches and inspects pages from third-party websites that you submit. We do not host, mirror, or republish those pages. The audit result is our analysis of public information at the moment of the fetch. Third parties may change their content at any time; the audit is a snapshot.
6. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability under these terms is limited to USD 50.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xposuresoft and its contributors from claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these terms or in violation of applicable law, including but not limited to submitting URLs you have no right to audit.
8. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of the page shows the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xposuresoft is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
