Privacy Policy

Plain-English summary of what we collect, the advertising and cookies on this site, and how to control them.

This page explains how AdSense Approval Checker handles information when you visit the site or run a free audit. We’ve tried to write this like a real human would explain it, not like a contract. The short version: we don’t store the URLs you audit, this site is supported by advertising served by Google, and those ads — like ads across most of the web — use cookies. The sections below spell out exactly what that means and how to control it.

1. Who we are

AdSense Approval Checker is operated by Xposuresoft (“we,” “us,” “our”). When this policy refers to “the Service,” it means the website at this domain and the audit functionality offered through it.

2. What we collect when you run an audit

When you submit a URL through the audit form, that URL is sent to our server, used to fetch the target site, run a series of automated checks, and return a result to your browser. The URL and the result are not stored in any database. They are held in memory only for the duration of the audit (usually under twenty seconds) and then discarded. We do keep an anonymous running count of how many audits have been performed, but that counter records no URL and nothing about you.

Our server logs include standard request metadata: IP address, timestamp, and the API endpoint hit. These logs rotate every seven days and are kept only to investigate abuse, debug outages, and rate-limit traffic that looks automated. We do not link logs to individuals, and we do not share them.

3. Advertising and cookies

This site displays advertising served by Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service provided by Google. Advertising is how we cover the cost of running the Service and keeping the audit free.

Aside from advertising cookies described above, the Service uses only the minimal cookies or local storage needed for the site to function. We do not run our own retargeting pixels or social-media tracking SDKs.

4. Consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, applicable law requires your consent before certain cookies are set and before personalized ads are shown. Where required, we present a consent choice through a Google-certified consent management platform, and Google and its ad partners honour that choice. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the privacy or consent control available on the site, or through Google Ads Settings.

5. California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. The primary information relevant here is the advertising activity described in Section 3. You can limit personalized advertising through the opt-out links above, and you can contact us using the details in Section 11 to exercise your rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Beyond advertising, the audit makes outbound HTTP requests to a few third-party services:

These audit requests originate from our server, not from your browser. The third parties above see our server’s IP address, not yours. (Advertising in Section 3 is different: those ad and cookie interactions happen in your browser, directly with Google and its partners.)

8. Data retention

Audit URLs and results: not retained.
Server logs: 7 days, then deleted.
Advertising cookies: retained on your device per the ad vendor’s settings until they expire or you clear them.
Email correspondence: kept while it’s useful for the conversation, deleted on request.

9. Your rights

Because we don’t store audit data and don’t require an account, there’s little for us to surface or delete on your behalf. If you have written to us by email, you can ask for a copy of that correspondence or request its deletion at any time. Email hello@adsenseverifier.com and we’ll handle it.

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA respectively, including the right to access, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your local regulator. For advertising specifically, the opt-out and consent controls in Sections 3 and 4 are the fastest way to exercise those choices.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the contact email, please let us know and we will delete it.

11. Changes and how to contact us
